  • Puff pastry square
  • Melted Butter
  • Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • 400 grams Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbs Icing sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • Cherry
  • Pistachio

Instructions

In a baking tray place puff pastry squares

Brush each pastry squares with melted butter

Sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon

Bake the pastries at 425°F until puffed: Bake just until you see them puff up and just start to brown, roughly 10 minutes

In a clean bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla, and Icing sugar

Cream Cheese Mixture

In a separate bowl add 2 bottles of yakult gold and whipping powder, mix it untill it double in size
